Morning Home

Hem means home, and home is where the heart is. For Hem founder Petrus Palmér and family, home is located in a remodeled blacksmith’s workshop situated in the Stockholm city center. Designed in collaboration with architects Björn Förstberg and Mikael Ling, the house is a reflection of an ideal retreat.


The interior is a mix of Hem favourites, old Swedish heirlooms, common houseplants, and subdued, but prestigious items from fellow design brandm turning the home into a gallery
s. The home is dominated by large, sunlit ceiling windows and stretches of warm materials to stop the simplicity fro
